Pool Party
Saturday, July 31^st (DATE CHANGE!)

Libby Jacoby has again graciously offered to host a pool party at her home at 309 Ingelside Drive, in Falmouth. If you need directions, please call Libby at 540-371-4262. The FSC will supply meats, condiments & paper goods. Please BYO drinks! The party starts at 11am, with the food ready about 1:30pm.

Call Marguerite Schwab @ 540-972-3681 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with the side dish you plan to share. This will also give us a good count for what the club needs to buy.

Dinner and a Play, Into The Woods

Those interested in having dinner and seeing “Into the Woods“ (Stephen Sondheim's “fractured fairy tale” Broadway hit), please contact Marguerite Schwab @ 540-972-3681 or send an email to marguerite2@verizon.net . The cost will be $49 for Senior Priority (age 55+) and $55 for Adult Priority. Priority seating refers to the best seats in the house, rail tables on Tier A and 5 Central tables on Tiers B & C.

Make your check out to Marguerite V. Schwab and mail to 132 Washington St., Locust Grove., VA 22508-5234. Payment is required when reservations are made and are non-refundable.

Let Marguerite know ASAP, and get your checks to her no later than August 1st, so we can get the BEST SEATS!!!

Picnic & First Meeting of the Season

Sunday, September 12^th (rain date Sept. 25^th)

We will celebrate the FSC 25th year anniversary (or is it the 30^th?) and the first meeting of the season with a cookout at Lois Rose's farm near Partlow (9000 Marye Road, phone 540-582-5799). The Club will (again) supply the meats, condiments & paper goods. Please BYO drinks and a side dish to share!

Ski Club Christmas Party

December 4^th, 2010

We have set a definite date for our Christmas Party. We will be partying at Robinson's on Rt. 20, Locust Grove on Saturday, December 4th, 2010. More details to come.
